Job Description
- Helps to build onsite Hub administration support system and give instructions to staff, as needed
- Responsible for onsite hub asset management, prepares & analyzes data, handles the transfer and scrapping of hub assets
- Responsible for onsite hub supply management of consumables, controls the costs of consumable by maintaining accurate inventory of supplies
- Responsible for onsite Hub equipment management
- Responsible for checking and summarizing expense claim forms
- Responsible for hub facilities repair management
