Job Description
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with unit Heads to identify training needs of Hub staff.
- Support the preparation of a training curriculum.
- Coordinate training sessions and monitor attendance.
- Facilitate training and distribute feedback forms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to work on-site with a 6-day shifting schedule.
