Job Description
- Conducts onsite operational skills training
- Facilitates onsite hub safety and professional knowledge training
- Assists with onsite hub attendance policy training
- Handles onsite new system training for the hub
- Prepares training program proposals and reports to management
- Improves employee operational skills and enhances operational efficiency and safety
- Conducts training on HQ policy and hub policies
- Documents training programs for staff
- Collects feedback from training participants
