Toyota Makati Inc. is looking for an experienced Human Resource and Administration Manager to spearhead our HR team. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of HR management experience and demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and develop team members. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, alongside a proven track record in building effective administration systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR and Administration Department to align with organizational objectives.
- Manage all aspects of Human Resources.
- Design and implement HR policies and strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.
