Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resource and Service Delivery Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resource activities and coordinating service delivery for our company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Supporting employee performance evaluation processes.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Providing administrative support for employee training and development programs.
- Working closely with the service delivery team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
