Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Human Resource and Service Delivery Admin at Digital Workforce | DCPH. As an admin in this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR and service delivery within our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening resumes and conducting interviews.
- Managing employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinating training and development programs for employees.
- Supporting the HR team in the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Overseeing service delivery processes and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
