Job Description
Cavite APC Lending Company Inc. is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Assistant. In this role, you will perform various managerial tasks, such as administrative duties, organizing employee schedules, and evaluating performance. You will also assist in onboarding new employees and lead small project teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training, promotion to permanent employee
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
Location: Calamba City, Laguna (commuting or relocation preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 3 years in a managerial role preferred
Willingness to travel: 75% preferred
