Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, HR Development, Business Administration or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in HR functions is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or HRIS
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Pasig City
Responsibilities:
- Support HR functions like onboarding and employee relations
- Conduct new employee orientation
- Assist in company events and training projects
