Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, HR Development, Business Administration or equivalent
- Familiarity with HR functions is a plus
- Ability to foster relationships across departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS
- Detail-oriented and independent
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
Responsibilities:
- Support HR functions including onboarding and employee relations
- Conduct orientations and manage records
- Assist in HR projects and company events
