Job Description
- Performing administrative tasks such as gathering and processing necessary documentation, preparing timely reports and evaluations, arranging schedules, maintaining and monitoring record databases, and responding to inquiries.
- Documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications.
- Scheduling onboarding tasks, processing payroll updates and managing communications for the HR department.
- Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies).
- Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
