Job Description
Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
Pay for the SS, PHIC, HDMF, and other government and company benefits of employees.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Assist the HR head for other duties assigned.
Assists Payroll Master in the preparation manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.
Monitoring leaves of employees.
Assist in ATM application for newly hired employees.
Other HR tasks may be given.
