Job Description
Our company, Full Potential Solutions, is currently looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resource Associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and supporting HR projects. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure a positive and supportive work environment, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
- Assist with HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training and development programs, and policy updates.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Prior experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
