Job Description
- Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities, maintain personnel records.
- Orients new employees on personnel policies and ensures consistent implementation of disciplinary measures.
- Assists in payroll preparation and processing/availment of benefits.
- Deals with human resource issues, complaints, and grievance procedures.
- Maintains employee records/database and promotes workplace safety.
- At least two years of HR field experience required.
