Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Human Resource Assistant Department Manager. This position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of human resource practices.
The Human Resource Assistant Department Manager will be responsible for assisting the HR Department Manager in various tasks, such as recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Conduct training sessions on various HR-related topics.
- Assist in performance management activities, including performance appraisals and goal setting.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least two years of experience in a similar role. Strong computer skills and proficiency in HR management software are also required.
