Job Description

As an HR Business Partner focused on Employee Relations, you will counsel leaders on employee matters, conduct workplace investigations, mediate conflicts, and advise on performance and disciplinary actions. You will develop HR policies, drive positive employee engagement, monitor trends, and propose solutions to improve retention and organizational culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in employee relations or HRBP
  • Excellent investigative, communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with local labor regulations and HR systems preferred
