Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. As a HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning HR strategy with business goals, providing guidance and support to both management and employees, and driving HR initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Providing advice and coaching to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Managing employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Supporting the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Driving employee engagement initiatives, such as performance management, career development, and recognition programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
