Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategy with business objectives, advise leaders, and lead people initiatives across the organization.
- Manage talent lifecycle, performance and succession planning, and employee relations.
- Support workforce planning, change management, policy implementation, and HR analytics to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a positive organizational culture and continuous development.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, minimum 3 years’ HRBP experience, strong stakeholder management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with HRIS and employment law.
