Job Description
As an HRD Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing various training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
You will collaborate with different departments to identify training needs and create tailored programs to address those needs effectively.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives will also be a crucial part of your role.
Additionally, you will play a key role in talent management, employee engagement initiatives, and fostering a positive work culture within the organization.
