Job Description
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts, draft job descriptions, screen applicants, and schedule interviews.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding process and serve as a point of contact for employee concerns.
- Resolve employee complaints, handle benefits enrollments, and conduct investigations.
- Manage employee records, update handbook and policies, and coordinate training programs.
- Identify training needs, organize in-house sessions, and liaise with external providers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resource: 1 year (Preferred)
