Job Description
The ideal candidate will help ensure that SKS Interiors is a thriving workplace through recruitment and staffing, new hire orientation and onboarding, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience working in Human Resources
- Familiar with HRIS and recruitment processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: Human Resources Generalist: 3 years (Preferred)
