Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and implement company policies.
- Oversee performance reviews and recruitment.
- Handle payroll, employee queries, and relations.
- Create memoranda, update policies, and plan company activities.
- Coordinate with third-party providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of Employee and Labor relations.
- Experience in construction or real estate is a plus.
- Location: General Trias Cavite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
