Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Head to join our organization. As the Human Resource Head, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our HR department. Your responsibilities will include strategizing and implementing HR policies, attracting and retaining top talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, at least 5 years of HR experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of HR best practices. Additionally, experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development is highly desirable.
