Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Head to join our team at Biosite Medical Instruments, Inc. As the Human Resource Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s human resource operations. Your role will include developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee performance evaluation and performance improvement plans.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
To qualify for this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience in human resource management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
