Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead talent strategy and oversee HR operations. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with department heads, you will develop HR policies, manage recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, and compliance. You will coach managers, drive organizational development, implement HRIS, and support change management to cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 7+ years of HR leadership experience
- Core skills: strategic planning, strong communication, conflict resolution, HRIS implementation
- Proven ability to manage HR operations and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
