Job Description
As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist the company with tasks set by the Human Resources Department, such as employee data management and reporting, recruitment assistance, calendar and schedule management, benefit enrollment processes, employee engagement assistance, and other administrative tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. E.g. Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager/Executives.
- Post job ads and vacancies on the different job portals, and ensure proper scheduling of the candidates.
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
- Assists the Human Resources Manager/Executive in preparing various weekly and monthly reports, as needed.
