Job Description
Our innovative and growing company, COLKIN CONSTRUCTION SO., is seeking College Students to join as HR interns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Skilled in multitasking and collaborating with various departments.
- Interest in pursuing a full-time HR career.
- Ability to handle confidential information with attention to detail.
- Proactive, service-oriented, good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in recruitment, CV screening, and administrative tasks.
- Support process improvements and communication plans.
- Assist in newsletter creation and training program coordination.
- Handle Benefits team administrative tasks and data entry.
Job Type: OJT (On the Job Training), Contract: 2 months
