Job Description
As a Human Resource Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions. You will work closely with our HR team to assist in recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assisting in employee onboarding process
- Supporting training and development programs
- Participating in performance review processes
- Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities
The ideal candidate for this position is pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field. You should have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a genuine interest in HR practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and attention to detail are also required.
