Job Description
- Leads the human resource team
- Oversees the end to end HR process
- Monitors effective implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Monitors daily HR tasks of the team
- Assists and recommends in policy development
Requirements:
- Preferably Psychology or Human Resource Management Graduate
- Must be meticulous and has keen attention to detail
- With strong leadership skills
- With experience as a Human Resource Head or similar role
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
Note: Office assignment is in Davao City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to Php20,00.00 per month
