Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Human Resource Management Assistant to join our team at DENR-Environmental Management Bureau Region II. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. Proficient knowledge of HR functions, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion is essential.
Key responsibilities include preparing contracts, managing payroll, assisting in recruitment processes, facilitating training sessions, and supporting the Personnel Development Committee.
Employment Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift. Work Location: In-person.
