Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes within our organization.
Your primary duties will include recruiting, training, and developing employees, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in strategic planning to support the company’s goals and objectives through its workforce.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive employee relations. A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
