Salary Range: PHP 100,00 – PHP 130,00
HRTX is seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager focused on labor union management. In this role, you will oversee vital HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and regulatory compliance, in addition to managing labor union negotiations and resolving disputes. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 8-10 years of HR experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors. A comprehensive understanding of Philippine labor laws and exceptional communication skills are required.
