Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team at Wireless Link Technologies, Inc. As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall HR operations of our company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business objectives.
- Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administering compensation and benefit plans.
- Coordinating training and development programs for employees.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
