Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer to join our team and play a key role in talent recruitment, support, and development. Your responsibilities will include managing HR initiatives, recruitment processes, and employee relations to enhance our workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Support HR initiatives and systems development.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop training programs and aid in performance management.
- Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office 360.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
