Job Description
Qualifications:
- A graduate of BS in Psychology, BS in HR Management, or any related degree.
- Preferably with at least 6 months of experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of employees, coordinating with universities, conducting screenings and interviews, preparing hiring documents.
- Monitoring employee performance, enforcing assessment programs, conducting exit interviews.
- Training and development, designing training modules and orientations.
- Organizing company activities, meetings, and events.
- Registering employees’ accounts, managing benefits, and handling internal benefits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php14,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- Human resources: 1 year preferred
