Job Description
Big Z Quality Foods Corporation is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the General Operations Manager and will be responsible for designing recruitment plans, interviewing candidates, overseeing employee attendance, managing compensation plans, and conducting onboarding for new hires. Additional responsibilities include employee relations, ensuring adherence to operational policies, and coordinating employee wellness programs.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a monthly salary starting at Php20,00. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with a preferred 3 years of relevant HR experience, and be proficient in English, Cebuano, and Tagalog.
