Job Description
BLUE PACIFIC GLOBAL INC is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team. This full-time, permanent position involves planning HR and administration activities, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also lead the HR team, handle employee relations, manage office facilities, and oversee the application or renewal of company permits and licenses.
Key benefits include opportunities for promotion, paid training, and a 13th-month salary along with performance bonuses. We operate Monday to Friday, and preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in HR.
