Job Description
Bridges Framework Consultancy Co. is actively seeking a committed Human Resource Officer to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive HR functions, including payroll processing, recruitment communication, management of HR records, and facilitating employee orientations.
In this role, the HR Officer will issue employment contracts, explain employee benefits, and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with relevant HR experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with a welcoming demeanor.
This is a full-time, in-person position, offering competitive benefits including paid training.
