Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation and training programs.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts or grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster employee morale.
- Administer performance appraisal processes and provide support to managers and employees.
- Monitor and track employee performance evaluations and goal-setting activities.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Participate in employee feedback mechanisms and suggest improvements based on employee input.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php11,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
