Job Description
I. Key Responsibility:
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records (physical and digital) ensuring all documents are accurately filed and up to date.
- Assist in HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and updating company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- Assist in organizing company/employee engagement activities and events.
II. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff, or similar role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
