Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies
- Involved in recruitment and hiring
- Create onboarding plans
- Develop training programs
- Assist in performance management
- Manage disciplinary issues
- Maintain employee records
- Ensure legal compliance in employment
Requirements and Skills
- Proven HR experience
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Understanding of labor laws
- Proficient in MS Office
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong ethics and BSc/BA in relevant field
- HR Credentials (e.g. PHR)
