Job Description
Job Purpose: The Human Resource Officer will provide support to the HR Manager in recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
Key Duties:
- Maintain an up-to-date HRIS.
- Administer benefits as per government and company policies.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and performance management.
- Support employee engagement programs and assist in grievances.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science or Business, 3 years HR experience, CBA knowledge, and hospitality industry exposure preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php25,00 – Php28,00/month | Deadline: 12/20/2024
