MERIJR Enterprises Inc. handles importation, marketing, distribution, selling, and after-sales services and repairs of all its represented brands in the whole of the Philippines. MERIJR sees to it that all represented products are FDA-registered. The company caters to all its potential users, influencers, and buyers – hospitals and outpatient clinics, doctors, nurses, medical practitioners; and private and government institutions.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Human Resource Officer role located in Pasig City, Metro Manila. The role of a Human Resource Officer involves managing the overall human resource functions, with a focus on the recruitment process and employee training and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- With strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with computers and basic office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor law and standard HR practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
