Job Description
- Facilitate onboarding orientation and process
- Prepare contracts, bank cards, and IDs
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Qualification:
- Graduate of BS Human Resource, Psychology, or any related courses
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in Human Resource
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Flexible and with good communication skills
- Can start ASAP
