Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
As a Human Resource Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s strategic objectives and ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining employee records, compliance with employment laws and regulations, and implementing HR policies and programs.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR practices and procedures, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
