Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees
  • Keep track of documents, including employee records related to attendance, vacations, medical leave, and other employee data
  • Help in handling employee compensation and benefits
  • Facilitate the employee job/career training and development
  • Facilitate employee relations and performance management
  • Address work-related issues of individual employees
  • Propose policies or guidelines that affect a working environment company-wide

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php12,550.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
