Job Description
The HR specialist will mainly concentrate on their specific expertise within one of the aspects of the Human Resources field.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in the Human Resources field.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or any related course.
- Previous experience in HR or related roles is required.
- Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with employees at all levels within the organization.
- Expertise in any aspect of Human Resources, including Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.
- The ability to adapt to changes in the organization, industry, and HR practices.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php18,00.00 per month
