Job Description
The HR Staff will be responsible for labor and employee relations initiatives, benefits, compensation, recruitment and selection, and team buildings. The HR Staff will support the HR team with both human-resource-related and administrative-related responsibilities.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
- Processing the SS, PhilHealth, and PagIbig.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Helps with recruitment
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Stay on top of the latest HR trends and best practices.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and reporting skills.
- Can work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in labor code and Disciplinary procedure.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php473.00 per day
