Job Description
We are currently looking for a Human Resource Staff specialized in Employee Engagement to join our team. As the HR Staff, you will be responsible for developing programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, foster a positive work environment, and promote the overall well-being of our employees.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing employee engagement strategies and activities.
- Conducting surveys to gather feedback and suggestions from employees.
- Organizing team-building events and employee recognition programs.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of employee wellness programs.
- Collaborating with department managers to address employee concerns and improve work environment.
