Job Description
Goldensky International Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Staff member to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Compensation and Benefits
- Onboarding New Hires
- Recruitment
- Enforcing Company Policies and Practices
- Monitoring Employee Performance
- Processing Payroll
- Conducting Performance Appraisals
- Maintaining Employee Records
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Benefits include additional leave, company events, and free parking.
Experience in Human Resources (1 year preferred) is a plus.
