Job Description
JS Macro Corporation seeks a full-time, on-site Human Resource Staff to manage payroll and timekeeping, recruitment, onboarding and orientation, employee records, employee relations support, and benefits administration. Salary: Php16,00–Php18,00/month.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; 0–1+ year HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
- Skills: strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Office, discretion with confidential information, organization, and attention to detail.
- Competencies: time management, teamwork, professionalism, integrity, problem-solving, and capacity to work with minimal supervision.
