Job Description
– College graduate (Psychology or any related course)
– Computer literate with experience in using Microsoft Office
– With or Without work experience. FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply
– Conduct recruitment, employee relation, payroll, compensation & benefits and other admin tasks
– Has the ability to analyze organizational behaviour as well as human behavioural characteristics and motivations
– Must be diligent, resourceful and possess good interpersonal skills
– Can handle all HR facets
– Can start ASAP
